BRASS HALO SOCIETY
ALL-IN-ONE TERMS, POLICIES, AND PRIVACY NOTICE
Effective date: September 21, 2026.
Business: Brass Halo Society (“Brass Halo Society,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
Contact: hello@brasshalosociety.com
This policy applies to all products, services, content, and experiences offered by Brass Halo Society, including physical merchandise, print-on-demand products, books, journals, apps, dashboards, trackers, subscriptions, memberships, courses, mini-courses, live workshops, webinars, coaching, mentoring, consultations, ebooks, templates, downloads, and other digital or physical offerings (collectively, the “Products and Services”).
By purchasing, ordering, registering for, accessing, downloading, scheduling, or using any Product or Service, you agree to this policy and to any additional terms shown on the applicable product listing, sales page, checkout page, scheduling page, marketplace, fulfillment provider, or access page. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product or Service.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live, to purchase Products or Services. Use by a minor must be authorized and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
DESCRIPTIONS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to describe Products and Services accurately. Colors, dimensions, placement, print appearance, materials, packaging, and other details may vary because of screens, devices, production methods, suppliers, or manufacturing batches. Minor variations that do not materially affect use are not defects.
Prices, availability, features, bonuses, delivery methods, and promotions may change without notice. We may limit quantities, correct errors, cancel listings, or refuse or cancel an order because of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailability, misuse, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will return the amount charged for the canceled item or service.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use it. You authorize Brass Halo Society and the applicable processor or marketplace to charge the disclosed purchase price, recurring charge, taxes, shipping costs, and other charges shown before purchase.
GENERAL NO-REFUND RULE
Except for the damaged-or-incorrect-item remedy in Section 7, an express written exception in the applicable listing, or a refund required by law, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE.
We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, returns, or exchanges because a customer:
• Changes their mind;
• Dislikes the style, color, fit, content, format, or result;
• Selects the wrong size, color, product, date, email, address, or option;
• Fails to review a description, sizing chart, requirement, schedule, or policy;
• Does not download, access, attend, complete, or use the purchase;
• Loses an access key, download, export, or locally stored information;
• Experiences a disclosed or reasonably avoidable compatibility issue;
• Expects a particular personal, spiritual, health, relationship, financial, business, or professional result; or
• Cancels after an applicable deadline.
This policy applies only where Brass Halo Society controls the decision. Third-party orders are governed by Section 6.
ONE-TIME DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All one-time digital purchases are final and nonrefundable, including apps sold for a one-time price, access keys, ebooks, audiobooks, downloads, templates, workbooks, courses, mini-courses, recordings, files, guides, and printables.
Because access or content may be delivered immediately, these purchases cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after purchase except where required by law.
If you receive a duplicate charge or cannot access an item because of a verified error on our side, email hello@brasshalosociety.com. We may correct the billing error or restore the purchased access. This does not create a general refund right.
THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACES AND FULFILLMENT
Products may be sold, printed, produced, shipped, billed, or fulfilled through Amazon, Fourthwall, Lulu, or another third-party marketplace, printer, manufacturer, payment processor, seller, or fulfillment provider.
For those orders, the third party’s applicable terms, shipping rules, cancellation rules, return policy, exchange policy, refund policy, damaged-item process, delivery estimates, and customer-service procedures control the portions of the transaction handled by that third party. Requests concerning those matters must be submitted through the platform or provider that processed or fulfilled the order.
Brass Halo Society does not control a third party’s production, inventory, carrier selection, shipping speed, packaging, return authorization, refund timing, or platform decisions and is not responsible for its acts, omissions, delays, outages, or policies, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
The applicable seller or provider generally appears on the listing, checkout page, confirmation, receipt, package, or billing statement. Review that provider’s policies before purchasing.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS SOLD DIRECTLY BY BRASS HALO SOCIETY
This section applies only when Brass Halo Society directly controls fulfillment and the return decision.
Directly sold physical Products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds for size, fit, preference, buyer’s remorse, ordering mistakes, normal variation, or failure to follow care instructions.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If a directly sold physical Product arrives materially damaged or you receive an item different from what you ordered, email hello@brasshalosociety.com within seven (7) calendar days after delivery.
Include:
• The purchaser’s name and email address;
• The order number;
• A description of the problem; and
• Clear photographs showing the Product, damage or incorrect item, packaging, and shipping label.
After verifying an eligible claim, the remedy is REPLACEMENT ONLY. No cash refund, return, exchange, or store credit will be provided unless required by law.
We may require additional information or return of the item before replacement. Claims made after seven calendar days, without adequate proof, or for damage occurring after delivery may be denied.
Shipping dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, emergencies, customs, supply interruptions, inaccurate addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS
Subscriptions and memberships automatically renew at the price and interval disclosed at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal.
You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not reverse an existing charge and is not a refund request. Unless stated otherwise, access continues through the paid billing period.
Cancel through the account, confirmation email, or billing portal. If no automatic cancellation option exists, email hello@brasshalosociety.com from the email address associated with the purchase.
Charges already processed are final and nonrefundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, lack of use, missed content, or cancellation after renewal, except where required by law.
COURSES, WORKSHOPS, AND WEBINARS
Payments for courses, mini-courses, workshops, webinars, recordings, and similar educational offerings are final and nonrefundable, whether delivered live, prerecorded, digitally, or in a combined format.
Failure to attend, participate, download materials, complete lessons, or use access does not create a refund or credit. A recording is included only when expressly promised.
If Brass Halo Society cancels a live event without providing a replacement date, comparable substitute, or purchased materials, we will provide the remedy required by law and may refund or credit the canceled portion.
COACHING, MENTORING, AND APPOINTMENTS
Payments for coaching, mentoring, consultations, personalized sessions, and other appointment-based Services are final and nonrefundable.
You may request to reschedule by giving at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Email hello@brasshalosociety.com unless an automatic scheduling or rescheduling tool has been designated.
A request made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a missed appointment, or a late arrival that prevents completion of the session results in forfeiture of payment. The payment will not be refunded or credited.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee a particular date or time.
If Brass Halo Society must reschedule, we will offer another available date and time. If we cancel without offering a reasonable replacement, we will provide the remedy required by law and may refund the canceled Service.
EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
All Products and Services are provided for general educational, informational, organizational, motivational, devotional, and personal-development purposes only.
Products and Services—including coaching, mentoring, courses, workshops, apps, dashboards, trackers, prompts, and assessments—do not constitute:
• Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare;
• Mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, crisis care, or diagnosis;
• Legal advice or legal representation;
• Financial, investment, tax, accounting, credit, or debt advice;
• Nutritional, fitness, or individualized wellness treatment;
• Employment, career-placement, or guaranteed business advice;
• Licensed social-work or case-management services; or
• Pastoral care, clergy counseling, religious authority, or individualized spiritual direction.
No doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, clergy-penitent, professional-client, or similar relationship is created by purchasing or using a Product or Service.
Do not delay or avoid help from a qualified physician, mental-health professional, attorney, accountant, financial adviser, licensed counselor, pastor, clergy member, emergency responder, or other appropriate professional because of our content.
You remain responsible for your choices, actions, safety, health, finances, relationships, faith decisions, business decisions, and results.
Brass Halo Society does not provide crisis monitoring. Apps, trackers, messages, entries, emails, and sessions are not continuously monitored.
If you are experiencing an emergency in the United States, call 911. For the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call or text 988.
NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Testimonials, examples, personal stories, case studies, earnings discussions, and possible outcomes describe individual experiences only.

Brass Halo Society Digital Products Legal Policy
Effective date: September 21, 2026
Operated by: Brass Halo Society (“Brass Halo Society,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
Contact: hello@brasshalosociety.com
This policy contains:
Terms of Service for Brass Halo Society apps, dashboards, trackers, and other digital products;
our Payment, Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy;
our Privacy Policy; and
product-specific terms for products with special features or data-storage practices.
By purchasing, registering for, accessing, downloading, or using any Brass Halo Society digital product or service, you agree to this policy and any product-specific terms shown on the applicable sales, checkout, download, or access page. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product or service.
PART I — TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Products Covered
These Terms apply to all digital products and services offered by Brass Halo Society, including apps, web apps, dashboards, trackers, journals, templates, downloads, ebooks, workbooks, courses, memberships, subscriptions, digital tools, and related content (collectively, the “Products”).
Some Products have special features, limits, or data practices. Those details may appear in a product-specific section of this policy or on the Product’s sales or checkout page. If product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms control for that Product.
2. Eligibility and Personal Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a Product. If a Product is made available to a minor, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and supervise the minor’s use.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of a Product is lawful and appropriate for your circumstances.
3. Educational and Informational Purposes Only
Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, our Products are provided for educational, informational, organizational, devotional, motivational, and personal-reflection purposes only.
Our Products do not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services. Trackers, assessments, prompts, streaks, recommendations, and other Product features are not diagnostic instruments and are not monitored by a doctor, therapist, counselor, attorney, financial adviser, or other professional.
Do not disregard or delay professional advice because of information contained in a Product. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, results, health, safety, finances, and well-being.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or call 911 for an emergency.
Faith-based, biblical, devotional, and spiritual content reflects our perspective and interpretation. It is offered for education, encouragement, and reflection and is not a substitute for individualized guidance from a qualified pastor, counselor, or other trusted professional.
4. Accounts, Access Keys, and Device Limits
Some Products may require an account, email address, password, access key, download link, or other credential. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
Unless a sales page expressly permits sharing, access is licensed only to the individual purchaser. You may not share, publish, transfer, sell, sublicense, or distribute your login, access key, download link, or Product access.
Device or activation limits, if any, will be disclosed for the applicable Product. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that credentials are being shared, device limits are being bypassed, or a Product is being misused.
5. License and Intellectual Property
All Products, including their design, software, text, prompts, cards, graphics, branding, lessons, videos, downloads, templates, and other content, are owned by Brass Halo Society or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the Product for its intended purpose. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the Product or its content.
Unless we expressly give written permission, you may not:
copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute Product content;
share, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit a Product;
remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
bypass access controls, payment requirements, or device limits; or
use Product content to create a competing product, training set, database, or service.
6. Your Content and Entries
You retain ownership of original information, reflections, entries, files, or other content that you enter into a Product (“User Content”). You give us only the rights reasonably necessary to operate the Product and provide support, and only when that User Content is actually transmitted to or stored by us or our service providers.
You may not enter or upload unlawful material, malware, content that infringes another person’s rights, or information you do not have permission to use.
Do not enter highly sensitive information unless the Product is specifically designed to receive it and the applicable product-specific notice explains how it is handled.
7. Availability, Changes, and Updates
We work to keep our Products accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every browser or device, or any particular result.
We may add, change, replace, or remove features or content; perform maintenance; suspend a Product; or discontinue a Product. For paid subscriptions, material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any notice commitments stated at purchase.
References to periodic or monthly updates describe our current plan and good-faith intent. Unless a specific delivery date is expressly guaranteed in writing, update timing and content may vary.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
use a Product for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose;
interfere with security, access controls, servers, networks, or Product operation;
introduce malware or harmful code;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your authorization;
collect information about other users without permission; or
help another person violate these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Products may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, email platforms, sales pages, analytics providers, or outside resources. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect a Product, our business, other users, or third parties; respond to fraud, unlawful activity, chargebacks, abuse, or security threats; or enforce these Terms.
Termination for a violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund. Sections concerning ownership, restrictions, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms survive termination where legally applicable.
PART II — PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTIONS, CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS
11. Prices and Payment
Prices, billing frequency, included features, and any taxes or fees are shown on the applicable sales or checkout page. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the purchase and, for subscriptions, each renewal until cancellation.
We may change prices prospectively. A price change will not alter a one-time purchase already completed. Subscription price changes will apply only as permitted by law and after any required notice.
12. Subscription Products
Subscriptions automatically renew for the billing period disclosed at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal charge.
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless the sales page states otherwise or applicable law requires a different result, you will retain access through the end of the billing period already paid for.
Cancel using the cancellation method provided at checkout, in your account or purchase email, or by contacting hello@brasshalosociety.com. Include the email address used for the purchase so we can locate the subscription.
Canceling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. Amounts already charged are nonrefundable except when required by law or when we expressly approve otherwise in writing. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time in a billing period.
13. One-Time Digital Purchases
All one-time purchases of digital Products are final and nonrefundable. This includes apps sold for a one-time price, access keys, ebooks, downloads, templates, workbooks, courses, files, and other digital content.
Because digital access or content may be delivered or made available immediately, a one-time digital purchase cannot be canceled after purchase and does not qualify for a refund, exchange, return, or credit, except where required by applicable law.
Failure to download, access, use, or complete a Product; dissatisfaction with personal results; device incompatibility that was disclosed or reasonably avoidable; or loss of locally stored data does not create a right to a refund.
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase or believe a charge was made in error, contact hello@brasshalosociety.com promptly so we can investigate.
14. Chargebacks
Please contact us first about billing concerns. Filing a false or improper chargeback may result in suspension or termination of access. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
PART III — DATA STORAGE AND PRIVACY POLICY
15. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit, purchase, access, download, or use a Product or contact us.
Different Products may store information differently. Some may keep entries only in your browser or device, while others may use an online account or third-party service. Review the product-specific notice before entering information.
16. Information We May Collect
Depending on the Product and how you interact with us, we or our service providers may process:
your name, email address, and contact information;
the Product or subscription purchased, purchase date, transaction status, and billing history;
subscription renewal and cancellation information;
limited payment information supplied by a payment processor, but not necessarily your complete card or bank-account number;
account, access-key, entitlement, activation, and device-limit information;
browser, device, operating-system, IP-address, date-and-time, referring-page, error, security, and diagnostic information;
communications, support requests, and information you choose to provide; and
User Content if a Product uploads or stores it online.
17. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Some Products use browser local storage or device storage. When a product-specific notice says information is stored only locally, that information is not uploaded to Brass Halo Society, and we cannot view, retrieve, synchronize, transfer, restore, or disclose it because we do not possess it.
Locally stored information may be permanently erased if you:
clear browser history, cookies, cache, site data, or local storage;
use a cleaner, privacy tool, or browser setting that deletes site data;
use private or incognito browsing;
switch browsers, browser profiles, or devices;
reset, repair, replace, or lose your device;
uninstall or remove a Product in a way that deletes its stored data; or
experience browser, operating-system, or storage maintenance that removes local data.
Some browsers or devices may also remove stored data when storage space is low or after a period of inactivity. You are responsible for using any available export or backup feature and safeguarding exported files. Loss of locally stored data is not grounds for a refund.
18. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
process purchases and manage subscriptions;
deliver Products, access keys, downloads, and account access;
authenticate users and enforce device or license limits;
provide customer support and process cancellation requests;
send purchase, account, service, security, and policy notices;
send marketing communications when permitted by law, with an unsubscribe option;
maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve our Products;
prevent fraud, credential sharing, misuse, and security incidents;
maintain business, accounting, and tax records; and
comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use locally stored information that we never receive.
19. How We May Share Information
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate, such as:
website, app, and file-hosting providers;
payment processors and checkout providers;
email-delivery and customer-support providers;
account, authentication, access-key, and technical-service providers;
analytics, security, fraud-prevention, and diagnostic providers; and
professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, and insurers.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; protect rights, safety, property, and security; investigate fraud, abuse, or Terms violations; or complete a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of business assets as permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide choices required by law.
20. Email Communications
We may send transactional or service messages about purchases, subscriptions, access, security, support, cancellations, or material policy changes. If you receive promotional emails, you may unsubscribe using the link in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional or service communications.
21. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Products and support, keep business and tax records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and purpose.
Locally stored data remains on your device until deleted by you, your browser, your device, or another process. We cannot remotely retain or delete information we do not receive.
22. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information under our control. No transmission, website, device, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for securing your device, browser profile, email account, passwords, access keys, download links, and exported files. Do not use a Product on a shared or unsecured device if doing so could expose private information.
23. Privacy Choices and Requests
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights concerning personal information we hold about you. To submit a privacy request, email hello@brasshalosociety.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
We cannot access, correct, export, or delete information stored only on your device because we do not possess it. You can manage that information through the applicable Product, browser, or device settings.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
24. Children’s Privacy
Our Products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Individual Products may require a higher minimum age. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this policy, contact us.
25. Users Outside the United States
Brass Halo Society operates from the United States. Information processed by our hosting, payment, email, support, or other providers may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where those providers operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ from the laws where you live.
PART IV — DISCLAIMERS AND LEGAL TERMS
26. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, noninfringement, or results.
We do not guarantee that a Product will meet your expectations, produce a specific personal or business result, remain uninterrupted, or be free from errors or harmful components.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brass Halo Society and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost streaks, lost profits, lost opportunities, emotional distress, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to a Product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid Brass Halo Society for that Product during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
28. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brass Halo Society and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of a Product, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
29. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Brass Halo Society is legally organized at the time a claim arises, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not required by law to be heard elsewhere will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving that state and the county of our principal business address.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
30. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our Products, business, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
31. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, product-specific terms, and information presented at purchase form the agreement between you and Brass Halo Society concerning the Product and replace prior discussions or statements about that subject.
32. Contact
For support, billing questions, cancellations, or privacy requests, contact:
Brass Halo Society
Email: hello@brasshalosociety.com
PART V — APPS, TRACKERS, AND DASHBOARDS
These additional terms apply to all Brass Halo Society apps, web apps, trackers, and dashboards (collectively, "Apps"). If they conflict with the general policy above, these terms control for Apps. Details for individual Apps appear in Part VI.
33. Purpose of Apps
Apps are faith-based personal-development, devotional, habit, and self-reflection tools. Depending on the App, features may include mood, sleep, or habit tracking; streaks; saved scripture or topic cards; prayer, journaling, or reflection tools; and studies of biblical figures.
Apps are not medical care, mental-health treatment, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, crisis monitoring, or professional advice. Entries are not reviewed or monitored by Brass Halo Society or any professional.
34. Local Data Storage
Unless an App's notes in Part VI state otherwise, Apps store your entries, tracking history, streaks, saved content, and personal reflections in the browser's local storage on the device you use. Brass Halo Society does not receive or store a server-side copy of that information, and Section 17 applies.
We cannot view, recover, restore, synchronize, transfer, or recreate locally stored App data. Each browser and device maintains separate data. Information saved on one device will not automatically appear on another.
Use the App's export feature, when available, to save a backup before clearing browser data, changing browsers, resetting or replacing a device, using a cleanup tool, or making another change that could erase local storage. Without an export or backup, deleted local information may be permanently lost.
35. Access Keys and Devices
Unless a different limit is stated at purchase or in Part VI, one App access key may be activated on up to two devices for the purchaser's personal use. The second activation provides access but does not synchronize or duplicate local entries.
Do not share, sell, or publish an access key. For help resetting an activation after a device is lost or replaced, contact hello@brasshalosociety.com.
36. App Subscriptions and One-Time Purchases
If an App is sold as a subscription, it renews automatically at the interval disclosed at checkout until canceled. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period. Charges already paid are nonrefundable except where required by law, as described in Section 12.
If an App is sold for a one-time price, the purchase is final and nonrefundable under Section 13.
PART VI — PRODUCT NOTES
37. Mouth Guard
Mouth Guard is sold as a monthly subscription. It stores mood entries, sleep entries, streak history, saved cards, and personal reflections locally on your device as described in Section 34. One access key may be activated on up to two devices.
